Description
Part two of my Disney's Princesses of Light concept.
Having been carried off into the sunset by her Prince, Snow White thought that the menace of the Wicked Queen was all but a distant memory. She couldn't have been more wrong.
After striking a deal with Hades, Grimmhilde and the other nefarious femmes fatales of the Disneyverse have hatched a plan to enact their revenge on the heroes that they despise. For their part in her demise, Grimmhilde turned the Seven Dwarfs to stone and spirited them away to her stronghold.
Wracked with guilt, Snow White joins the movement led by Aurora in the Enchanted Forest. Granted new magical abilities and armed with the Axe of Light (and of course with the help of her familiar Berry - the Palace Pet rabbit), Snow must now learn to fight for her kingdom and the rest of the realm in order to rescue her dear friends from the clutches of Grimmhilde.
Snow is much more timid than her allies and isn't quite as confident in her new role as a warrior. Despite her rather aggressive weapon, she often can't find the strength to use it. The more docile Snow instead busies herself with domestic work around camp - cutting firewood, making dinner and mending clothing.
With Snow White's look for this concept, my main inspirations came from her canon Disney look as well as one of the outfits Ginnifer Goodwin wore on Once Upon A Time. She has such a specific look and I didn't really want to veer too far from it. I'd given her this extra long ponytail, but it didn't seem to suit her so I removed it. And yes, the axe is a reference to the huntsman.

It's pretty good. Snow White is my favorite Disney Princess. I also like Belle and Ariel as well.
