Description
Liberty Belle as she appeared circa 2007-2010.
When Geoff Johns and Dale Engleham launched Justice Society of America in 2007, Jesse Quick became a member of the legendary JSA and took on her mother's mantle of Liberty Belle. She wore a slightly modernized version of her mother's costume, with some appearances swapping the blue buccaneer boots for chic black leather boots. During her tenure on the JSA, Jesse began a relationship with Rick Tyler (AKA Hourman) and became somewhat of a mentor to the younger members of the team. Personally, I love Jesse as Liberty Belle as it gave her a better codename and provided her with an identity outside of the Flash family. Of course, she wouldn't use the name or costume permanently as she reverted back to being Jesse Quick and bounced from the JSA to the JLA.
