I say Killer Bee, and not necessary Cammy-- as they are both different personas of the same character and Killer Bee is her Shadowloo code name, I'm surprised that she has a sexier pose than in the other Cammy picture you drew. Killer Bee is actually a very autonomous character who existed solely to take orders from Bison and was very robotic. Killer Bee didn't have much of a personality but all of that changed when somehow, depending on which continuity of Street Fighter you follow, she breaks free from her mental hold and becomes Cammy White.
I actually think that the more conservative pose in the last Cammy picture you drew would've suited Killer Bee, where as this pose would've suited Cammy White more. But who the hell cares? They're both the same character, just different personalities.
I actually like the Killer Bee costume for Cammy more than her Delta Red costume. I suppose that it's probably because Shadowloo's design is higher cut in the leg regions and the boots themselves definitely are higher than the Delta red boots and just look plain flat out more awesome. And then there is the lightning bolt design on the legs rather than the camo pattern which I think definitely looks better. Plus, I am also partial to blue.
Out of a long shot, may I see a re-color of this except in the bright lime-green color she has as an alternate palette color in the Alpha games? I just think while the blue color is awesome, the bright green is just as so.

I think I prefer the Killer Bee costume as well. There's just more... flare to it, you know? I think the colours all work with each other and I agree that the boots are much better. Although, I do enjoy both looks. I think Cammy has a really unique look to her. There's no one else out there in the fighting game world who looks like she does.
As for the recolour... do you have MSPaint?
