Wondah Woman!! *spins around* Heh. Here's a quick snapshot of my collection of DC Universe Classics Wonder Woman and Wonder Woman related action figures. I'm actually surprised Mattel made as many Wonder Woman villains they did... I mean wow... Wonder Woman's rogue's gallery is usually largely ignored but I find it to be one of my favourites. Her villains would TOTALLY murder Batman's rogue's gallery! I mean... Circe... come on now... she killed a freakin' God! And Giganta? Oops, it's a Penguin pancake! Joking aside, I'm really happy that Mattel made what they have so far. In the background there's Cheetah (both Priscilla Rich and Barbara Minerva), Giganta and Ares while in the front there's Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark -- this one is made by DC Direct), Wonder Woman and Wonder Girl (Donna Troy). The Wonder Woman fan in me gets all giddy seeing these characters immortalized in plastic!
(Mattel also made a variant for the Wonder Woman action figure with Artemis as Wonder Woman... I never bought it... I'd rather have Artemis in her Amazon garb)
I've always liked Wonder Woman's rogues gallery in comics her villians are more dramatic and interesting then most I've always liked Circe and Giganta the best but over the years Cheetah has grown on me
I agree with you. They are definitely... dramatic. I love how Wonder Woman's rogue's gallery truly feels so mythic and menacing. Of course, it helps that she's strongly rooted in Greek mythology so she can face off against mythic creatures, ancient witches and powerful Gods. I adore Circe as well! She's one of my favourite villains. However, I do love Cheetah (Barbara Minerva that is -- but Debbie Domaine wasn't too bad) though.
